Refund Policy

Primeartivo credits are digital goods. As a general rule, purchases are non-refundable. However, we believe in being fair — read the exceptions below. If you have a genuine issue, please contact us before assuming you cannot get a resolution.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

Your payment was charged but credits were never added to your account due to a technical error
You were charged twice for the same order
A generation failed to complete and credits were deducted — we will restore the credits, not issue a cash refund
You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have used zero credits from the pack purchased

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Credits that have been partially or fully used
Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of generated images (we encourage you to try the free tier before purchasing)
Accidental purchases where credits have already been used
Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

Failed Generation Credit Refunds

If a generation fails mid-process and credits were deducted, we will restore those credits to your account automatically. If credits were not restored:

  1. 1Take a screenshot of the error message and your credit balance
  2. 2Contact us at support@primeartivo.com with your account email and approximate time of the failed generation
  3. 3We will investigate and restore credits within 24 hours

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@primeartivo.com with:

Your registered email address
Order ID or Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing history)
Reason for refund request
Any relevant screenshots

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.
